Video Conferencing at RCE International Meeting

Hello everyone! Do any of your RCEs have video conferencing facilities (that use IP not ISDN) as we are planning to have a space on the first day with short inputs from other RCEs. To date RCE Penang have confirmed they have the equipment, however as it is pretty expensive to hire for 1 day we would like to make the most of the equipment, as well as of course showcasing the possibilities of carbon-free communication!
