RCE CREIAS Oeste

CREIAS-Oeste aims to create permanent mechanisms by which the citizens of region Oeste can reflect on the relationships to their social, rural, urban and wild environment, and disseminate their expertise, experience, and knowledge of sustainability into all sectors of the society. CREIAS-Oeste supports the efforts to establish a network of institutions engaged in education for sustainable development and the development of cross-cultural communities’ projects in finding more effective solutions to development issues in the Region Oeste. The network consists of universities, other schools, municipalities, NGOs, regional associations, enterprises and professional training centres that will join efforts in order to improve community awareness and to create sustainable jobs, through transformative education.
