Hi Ruth, Have you see the video documentaries that we have been making at the UNU. We have a webzine that showcases stories on peak oil, climate change, food security and biodiversity. Please check out the video briefs. http://ourworld.unu.edu/en/

Dear members, we are currently planning a series of films to be shown to a broader public - of course these films have to be dealing with SD but in a rather entertaining way as well. Does anyone have special recommendations? Is there perhaps even t…

Thank you for the reply Ruth,

I am glad the event went well, and quality is always the best place to start - quantity should then come in time. Our RCE is now planning an expansion with stakeholder integration, as well as developing a communications network with a website and newsletter and engagement projects. I am most interested in the Teaching the Teachers programme you mention as we are looking into developing a programme to help youth leaders exchange ideas on sustainability and then educate in a better way. Is this similar to your programme and if so how are you approaching it? Have you already identified all of the stakeholders and teachers?

Thank you,

Matthew

Hi Ruth,

I have recently started working for the UNU-CRIS in Brugge where we are looking into setting up a Sourthern North Sea RCE. I was very interested by your Kick Off Event, and would be interested to hear how it went and how you organised it? Currently we are looking into potential stakeholders and action plans, but believe that a similar event in the future would be important.

You can contact me on my wall or through my email address MWilliams@cris.unu.edu

Many thanks,

Matthew
